Sport Clips Uniform Care Instructions

  • Machine-wash all Sport Clips uniforms in cold water separately or with like colors.
  • DO NOT bleach any garment.
  • Wash all garments on gentle cycle and remove promptly after cycle is finished.
  • Tumble dry on low if needed.
  • To avoid shrinkage and/or fading, DO NOT wash in warm or hot water, and DO NOT dry on high heat.
NO GARMENT MAY BE RETURNED IF PREVIOUSLY WORN OR WASHED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy

  • Damaged or defective items may be returned.
  • Merchandise returned for exchange or credit must be returned within 15 days from receipt of order. Please keep packing slip with return and ship back in original box.
  • Team Leaders, Area Developers and Stylists will be responsible for freight charges to ship back returns, and in case of an exchange, will be responsible for freight to ship back the new items.

  • All orders require 2 business days to process, and then the additional amount of time to ship based on location and ship method. All Team Leader merchandise requires two weeks production time. (UPS and FedEx do not consider weekends or holidays when shipping.)
  • All orders are subject to tax where applicable and shipping charges. Charges may vary based on location and method of shipping.
  • Managers and stylists must have a letter of authorization on file from their Team Leader to order using TL credit information. Stylists may order directly using their own credit cards. All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
